really good christmas stay!

We recently celebrated christmas at this hotel and it was fabulous. the staff was so cute and kind (i especially loved the warm greetings). kids club was fantastic as rachel allowed us to relax a bit. the spa experience was excellent. Sabina manages it well and i enjoyed a massage with sophia.
i found that sometimes the pool service was a little slow, and occasionally items we requested were missed.

the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options, with something for everyone. coffee and fresh orange juice were promptly served at the table. the hotel boasts multiple restaurants offering diverse cuisines and dining experiences.

the hotel offers easy access to the airport, convenient for travelers. a car rental allows exploration of the surrounding areas and well-signed roads. the hotel is near other restaurants and shops, which makes it convenient.

our room included a nicely designed bathroom with good fixtures and a wonderful vanity unit. the room had a balcony that featured perfect views (i loved seeing the sea every morning!). the rooms were super clean, well kept, and very comfortable.

i found the breakfast selection very comprehensive. i noted many options were available including fresh pastries. the spa facilities include a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. there were several treatment rooms available, and i saw a relaxation area with comfortable loungers.
the in-room coffee could be improved! i prefer a stronger brew.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Ambiance

The room provided two separate sinks. The rainfall shower was very nice. Housekeeping ensured the room was perfectly cleaned daily. We enjoyed the nightly turndown service as well. I found the hotel's access to the promenade very convenient (a great option for morning walks).
The main bar felt a bit gloomy. It was tucked away next to the lounge.

The gym had ample equipment. I counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area featured about twenty loungers, with some providing shaded areas. The hotel offers direct access to the sea.

The reception team was very helpful. They promptly addressed every request. The staff provided towels at the pool. There was also a lifeguard on dutywith peace of mind.

Breakfast offered many choices, including fresh fruit and Greek yogurt. The hotel restaurants served local wine. The sunset terrace provided music. There was also a diverse buffet each evening.
